A CRTASA member may cancel their CRTASA membership in writing at anytime for whatever reason with the understanding that their issued CRTASA Photo ID Card must be surrendered along with their written cancellation request to CRTASA. It is further understood and agreed, that cancellation of an existing valid CRTASA membership is final and no further claims and/or expectations for membership fee reimbursement(s), compensatory award(s), applicable credit(s) and/or any other type of payment(s) shall be made against CRTASA, its agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and applicable third parties following once a CRTASA membership is officially cancelled.

It is hereby duly noted, understood and agreed by all parties, that once CRTASA issues CRTASA membership and a valid CRTASA Photo ID Card to a verified and registered CRTASA member and their official working animal, then any/all membership fee payments made to CRTASA become deemed as non-refundable regardless if/when a CRTASA membership may become cancelled by the member and/or by CRTASA upon discovery and/or determination of any breach(es) to any/all parts of the CRTASA registry service program policy.

In addition, CRTASA retains the sole discretionary right to revoke and/or cancel a CRTASA membership and a member's CRTASA Photo ID Card at anytime when CRTASA deems and/or discovers a CRTASA member to be in direct/indirect contravention and/or violation of any/all terms and/or conditions of CRTASA registry service program and membership criteria as identified in the CRTASA registry program policy agreement. In the event a person's CRTASA membership becomes cancelled by CRTASA for whatever reason at any given time, automatically precludes CRTASA from having to issue any/all full and/or partial membership fee reimbursement(s), compensatory award(s), applicable credit(s) and/or any other type of payment(s) to anyone and/or any third party agent making any claims associated with CRTASA's decision to invoke cancellation of membership.

All CRTASA members further agree to immediately surrender to CRTASA upon CRTASA's request their CRTASA Photo ID Card that expires and/or becomes invalidated and/or revoked by CRTASA due to any breach or contravention that CRTASA deems to believe is being committed and/or has occurred against its CRTASA registry service and/or membership program policy.
