CRTASA's annual membership registry services and issuance of a valid CRTASA Photo ID Card for applicants and their officially trained service animals, service animals in official training programs, or officially trained therapy animals is limited to the information provided to CRTASA, its agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and applicable third parties (e.g. relevant advertisers, syndication partners, licensors, licensees, consultants and contractors). As such, any/all received documentation and claims made by a prospective CRTASA membership applicant and/or by their third party source(s) to CRTASA, shall be verified and then accepted in good faith and under the belief and assumption that all received information / statements by CRTASA are true, accurate, current and valid to confirm the applicant's rightful ownership of their working animal, the official status of the applicant's working animal and its ability to carry out specific functions and/or deliver appropriate assistance for their owner as per identified official training and working animal designation status.

CRTASA, its agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and applicable third parties make no claims, provide no warranties nor issue any assurances nor accepts any liabilities or responsibilities of actions and/or sustained damages and/or injuries caused directly, indirectly, intentionally and/or unintentionally by a CRTASA member and/or their working animal registered with CRTASA. Furthermore, each / every CRTASA member shall accept full and sole responsibility over their working animal's negative and/or harmful action(s) and/or behaviours for which CRTASA may have issued a CRTASA Photo ID Card.

Indemnity Clause

Each CRTASA member, CRTASA Corporate Fellow and/or any/all third party agent(s) hereby agree and consent to hold CRTASA, its agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and applicable third parties (e.g. relevant advertisers, syndication partners, licensors, licensees, consultants and contractors) (collectively "Indemnified Person(s)") harmless from and against any and all direct and/or third party actions, torts, claims, liability, loss, and expense(s) (including damage awards, settlement amounts, and reasonable legal fees), brought against any / every noted and identified Indemnified Person(s) herewith, arising out of, related to or which may arise from use of the CRTASA Registry Services Program, the CRTASA Site(s), information and/or advertisement(s) postings, and/or from any/all resulting breach(es) of any/all term(s) and conditions of the CRTASA registry service program agreement.

Any/all users of CRTASA services hereby fully understand and agree to indemnify, defend and hold CRTASA, its agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and applicable third parties (e.g. relevant advertisers, syndication partners, licensors, licensees, consultants and contractors) (collectively "Indemnified Person(s)") harmless from and against any and all third party claims, liability, loss, and expense(s) (including damage awards, settlement amounts, and reasonable legal fees), brought against any Indemnified Person(s), arising out of, related to or which may arise from use of the CRTASA Registry Services Program, CRTASA website(s), information and/or advertisement(s) and/or resulting breach(es) of any/all term(s) and conditions of this CRTASA registry service program agreement.
