Exclusive Use
Each CRTASA membership and CRTASA Photo ID Card issued by CRTASA to a verified applicant with a service animal, service animal in training or therapy animal is for that applicant's sole and exclusive use and their working animal identified on their CRTASA Photo ID Card for the duration of CRTASA's deemed validity and as subject to all of the terms and conditions specified herewith by the CRTASA membership program and service registry policy.
Furthermore, CRTASA membership status is deemed exclusive, proprietary and deemed non-transferable to any third party, person, agency other than the person identified on the CRTASA Photo ID Card. The CRTASA Photo ID Card is also not transferable to any other animal(s), regardless if the animal holds official working animal status, and/or if the animal is permanently and/or temporarily owned and/or borrowed by the applicant, and/or any other past or present CRTASA member and/or any other third party agent.
In the event, a CRTASA Photo ID Card is intentionally or unintentionally lost, stolen, misplaced, damaged and/or destroyed, it must be immediately reported to CRTASA by the rightful CRTASA member, to whom a new CRTASA Photo ID Card will be reissued upon request pending re-confirmation of their application, working animal status, ownership and payment receipt of associated CRTASA Photo ID Card replacement fee.
At no time does anyone have the right and/or permission to give, offer, sell, tamper with and/or assign a CRTASA Photo ID Card to any third party agent and/or other person and/or for any animal for whatever reason and/or circumstance(s).
Any/all direct and/or indirect discovery by CRTASA of wrongful assignment, misuse, theft, and/or tampering of a CRTASA Photo ID Card regardless of the CRTASA membership status being valid or not at the time of the fraudulent use of a CRTASA Photo ID Card, shall still be deemed as commission of fraud and subject to any/all legal recourse including by legal action(s), torts, claims, liability, loss, and expense(s) (including damage awards, settlement amounts, and reasonable legal fees), sought appropriate by CRTASA against any / every offending party for the purpose of protecting CRTASA's integrity and promoting its national registry service program designed to promote animals with official working status and their rightful owners.
