STEP 3:

CRTASA verifies all received CRTASA membership applications according to the Terms and Conditions of its national registry service policy, including verification of all information with third parties that issued the supporting documentation(s). Once all information is confirmed to be accurate and valid, CRTASA shall issue a valid CRTASA Photo ID Card to the registered CRTASA member and their official working animal within 4 - 6 weeks.

Processing time of CRTASA membership application is contingent on availability of third party agent(s) able to confirm information about the applicant. Delivery may also be delayed beyond CRTASA's control by the postal service.

As an official CRTASA member, you will receive the CRTASA e-newsletter and you will be kept up to date on important and timely legislative accessibility developments. You will also receive latest industry updates, special training opportunities and advance notification of upcoming special events, conferences and networking opportunities across Canada. You will benefit from the numerous extended incentive programs, including opportunity to apply for the new Working Animal Group Health Insurance offered at a special discount premium to all official CRTASA members that own a service animal, handle a service animal in training or own a therapy animal.

These services, promotional offers and discount offers are exclusive to every official CRTASA member, the value of which significantly offsets the Annual CRTASA Membership Fee.
